On The Market: DFA Records' Headquarters in New York

  • Posted 23 months Ago

The New York headquarters of DFA Records, the label co-founded by James Murphy, is on the market for $16 million.

The three-story West Village townhouse has long been home to the label, with it’s basement studio producing records such as LCD Soundsystem’s 2005 self-titled debut and The Rapture’s Echoes.

It’s described on estate agent Douglas Elliman’s website as "extraordinary in volume, scale, ceiling height and light, this solidly structured building with its loft-like proportions provides a unique offering to West Village home seekers, artists, art collectors or musicians."

Take a look at few pictures of the space below and head to Douglas Elliman to see the full listing.
