Watch Father John Misty's stop-motion video for "Things It Would Have Been Helpful To Know..."

Father John Misty has just shared a video for "Things It Would Have Been Helpful to Know Before The Revolution", one of our favourite tracks from his Pure Comedy LP released earlier this year.

It comes directed by Chris Hopewell, the same man behind Radiohead’s incredible "Burn The Witch" visual and Run The Jewel’s recent clip for "Don’t Get Captured".

It’s a stunning stop-motion piece which follows a lone character walking around a desolate post-apocalyptic world, bumping into a cockroaches as they party, collecting old phones and generally looking pretty bummed out. Take a look at it above!

Pure Comedy is out now vis Bella Union/Sub Pop.
