UK gang drama Top Boy starring Ashley Walters and Kano was a much-loved show when it aired on Channel 4 back in 2011. However, it ended after two series in 2013 to the disappointment of its many fans. One of those fans happened to be Drake, who in 2014 posted a photo on Instagram sharing his love for the programme. Obviously not content with just those two seasons, Drake is making his first jump into TV by stepping in as an executive producer for a new series of Top Boy which is set to air on Netflix on 2019.

Netflix has just confirmed the reboot - for it there'll be ten new episodes, and it will again star Ashley Walters and Kano, with original writer Ronan Bennett on board together with director Yann Demange.
