Inspired by Turner Prize winning artist Martin Creed's recent overhaul of London's Sketch restaurant, culture website NOWNESS commissioned design duo Raw Color to produce a photographic series based on the new menu, which was conceived by Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire and includes dishes such as "Navet Martin Creed" and "Dundee Pinky".

The results are "Irving Penn-esque visions" produced using disassembled ingredients, including black olive jelly, squid ink and parmesan cream.
