  • A natural limestone secluded cave on the coast of Southern Italy, which has visited for hundreds of years, has now been transformed into an exclusive hotel featuring an Italian restaurant. While the twenty room hotel resides on the cliff tops, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the old town of Polignano o Mare, the restaurant is below ground in "The Summer Cave" (so called because it's only open in the summer months) and has been voted as one of the most romantic restaurants in the world by the Fodor travel guide.
