  • Posted 27 months ago by Jack Lowe · film · 6851 Views
  • Former frontman of the New York band LCD Soundsystem, James Murphy, has teamed up with Canon - a brand he's supporting and using for a long time - for a new short film project inspired by photography called Project Imagination. The final film will be directed by the famed Hollywood director Ron Howard (Frost/Nixon, The Da Vinci Code, A Beautiful Mind) but Murphy is one of five celebrities (others include Eva Longoria and Biz Stone) working with Howard in the film's production.

In the video above, Murphy asks the public to submit photographs that represent a wide range of topics. The celebrities will then each pick ten of the photographs that most inspire them and will use them as guidance for the film. As Murphy says - "You become my mood board."
