Upset that you couldn't make it to the Barbican's Rain Room because you live in New York? Well now the installation is coming to you. The Random International design piece will be on show at MoMA PS1 from 12 May until 28 July and will allow visitors to enter a huge 1000 sq ft "rain room" without getting wet. As you enter, 3D depth cameras pick up your presence and track you across the room, turning off the water jets above you as you move. Random International are hesitant to reveal all the technical details however, citing a wish to preserve some of the mystery. When it was on show in London there were non-stop queues, with some visitors having to wait up to 12 hours, so make sure you get down there early!
