  • Australian cosmetics label Aesop have quickly become well-known for their intriguing and innovative store designs, each of which use the same basic layout but employ new materials and finishes. Their latest store is located Kawaramachi Street in Kyoto, Japan, which local firm Torafu Architects stripped back to the concrete structure, making the most of the 3.2 meter-wide space by using clever lighting, flexible shelving and a neutral colour palette.
