Deceptive Art Installation by Jeroen Bisscheroux

I'm sure you've all seen those deceptive 3D street art paintings that make it look like the floor is collapsing around you, but artist Jeroen Bisscheroux has taken it to the next level for his art piece "POOL, loss of colour". Made to draw attention to the victims of the tsunami in Sendai and the disaster in Fukushima, the painting gives viewers the sense that they're right in the center of the catastrophe, and not just watching it on a TV screen a thousand miles away. Bisscheroux wanted people to understand that this isn't just something that can happen on the other side of the world, it can also take place in your backyard.
