• Dead Ends, Theo Simpson

  • In this weeks post I received a copy of Theo Simpson's latest book, Dead Ends; a collaborative project with graphic designer Ben Mclaughlin and writer Tom Common. This 22-page book features a collection of frustratingly crumpled and thrown away Job Centre slips, scanned, arranged and specified. The introductory essay by Common offers insights into Job Centre life, painting a picture of the experiences forgone by numerous Sheffield based Dead End(s) job seekers.

The book comes in an edition of 400 copies and is available through the bookshop for £6.
