  • Photographer Torbjørn Rødland recalls owning a camera from the age of 11, although at that time, and through his teenage years, illustration was Rødland's passion. The changeover from illustration to photography came many years later, after a building frustration with the easily decodable ideas that illustration present. The switchover proved to be the right move, as now, years later, Rødland has exhibited his photography in numerous galleries worldwide, and has published a bunch of books with an array of prestigious publishers.
    Below is a selection from Rødland's 1999 series 'Nudists.'
