Slovakian photographer Majo Chudý has created a beautiful time-lapse showing various flowers blooming across a three-minute timespan. Of course, in real life it took the flowers a whole lot longer to reveal their true beauty – 929 hours in fact.
The video took Chudý an incredible nine months and 40,000 photographs to create, setting up each plant in a simple studio in front of his Sony a7 mirrorless camera (and Tamron 24-70mm f/2.8 lens, for those wondering).
The work didn’t stop there either, as Chudý says he tediously removed various “imperfections” such as little insects in post-production.
