Armie Hammer stars alongside Dakota Johnson and Zazie Beetz in the new psychological thriller from Netflix, Wounds.
It comes from the BAFTA-winning writer/director Babak Anvari and is based on Nathan Ballingrud’s novel The Visible Filth, which centres around a young bartender called Will (played here by Armie Hammer) who finds himself caught up in a nightmarish world when he discovers a lost smartphone in the aftermath of a bar brawl. Speaking to his girlfriend Carrie (played by Dakota Johnson), he says: “There were these college kids, they left a cellphone there. I went through it to see whose it was… you don’t want to see it. You don’t want to see it, it’s awful.”
