Adult Swim has just release a 15-second video on Twitter which fans are assuming is a teaser for Season 4 of the show.
The rather trippy animation follows the pair as they evolve from cells, through to fish, mammals, and eventually planets. In the end, a gigantic black hole version of Rick sucks a terrified Morty in. The whole clip is accompanied by an eerie “Rick. Morty. Rick. Morty” chant.
When you watch it for yourself, you’ll see if gives absolutely nothing away about the upcoming season, if indeed that’s what it’s promoting, and fans have become desperate for some kind of release date.
